Sugar is something we add to almost every dessert. without sugar, dessert is tasteless. Then question arises that why to avoid sugar ?

How to say no when someone offers you sweet?
When we are in office or in party or with friends they may offer you chocolates or desserts in this case your yearly craving start telling you just eat that once and do more workout in the gym. Do not listen to your mind in that case because you will feel the same thing again and again and in the last you will loose your control and start consuming sugar / sweets again.
So why I am telling this because even if you eat that once you again start eating sugar which will break your cycle of diet and after year you will realize that ohhh I have not reached my fitness goal yet and also you will realize the reason behind it which is “SUGAR”. I have many such a friends who never attain fitness goal and even stopped going to gym just because not having control over mind.
So what can you do when someone offers you sweet?
Simple answer is say NO to them always. Just tell them I have started gym and my gym trainer has told me not to consume it strictly. You can also give any fake reason also like I am fast today or doctor strictly said not to consume sugar to me.
Do not entertain your friends otherwise they will keep on telling you just eat it once nothing happens and all. Just keep yourself controlled in any situation.
If you you really like some sweet then ask your wife/mother or make yourself same dish by adding jaggery or honey. It will taste almost like sugar. Just try it.
