Every men has desire to get abs. I will tell fastest way to get abs in this article. It looks very good and attractive and also feels healthy.
Few people already has visible abs they are very lucky as they have high metabolism fat in their body never grows.
Problem of fatty people is that they have low metabolism due to which fat in their belly never reduces.
While achieving visible abs requires dedication and consistency over time, there are some strategies you can follow to speed up the process:
Cardio :
If you really want abs then do not skip cardio exercise at all. There are many cardio exercises but you can include basic exercises like skipping rope, running, jogging, jumping, etc.
Functional Exercises :
Functional exercise is next level of cardio where you have to perform bit hard exercises like push ups, pull ups, lunges, squats, hand stands, etc.
HIIT :

So question arises how you will use weights to train abs. The simple answer is if you train other muscles / body parts in the gym it also directly or indirectly build your abdominal muscles. Few gyms also have weight lifting machines which trains abs but in my opinion those machines are not much useful. Instead just focus on other parts of your body. For building abs do traditional abs workouts which we are going to discuss further in this article.

If you are doing above things well then and only then do abs workouts because it is totally myth that only by doing abs workout you will get abs.
You have to strictly do cardio, Functional training or HIIT exercises and weight lifting to reduce belly fat. Reducing belly fat is one side and we should work on other side where we are actually building abs muscles by doing abs workouts.

What to include in diet :
- Fruits and Juices
- Protein rich diet (do not overdose or take protein powders simply take protein from food)
- Vegetables
- Homemade Sweets made with jaggery
Many people thinks diet is very strict and all but if your aim is higher then these kind of things should not distract you. If you think leaving sugar is very hard for you then just replace it with jaggery and trust me jaggery sweets tests almost similar to refined sugar. You can use honey as well but do not go with market no-sugar products or biscuits they contains all refined wheat and preservatives which are more harmful for your health.
